About this trek

The full circuit linking both base camps of Kanchenjunga over the high Sele La passes — the longest, wildest teahouse trek in Nepal, walked by only a handful of groups a year.

The complete Kanchenjunga circuit is a serious undertaking: nearly a month on foot through restricted country, from sub-tropical forest to glacial moraine and back, with a high-pass traverse linking the north and south sides of the massif.

We walk it at a sustainable pace with built-in acclimatisation, local crew and all permits handled, standing beneath five of the world's eight-thousanders along the way.
